1. What information we collect:

Our Privacy Policy applies to any Member or Visitor. We collect information when you use our Services to offer you a personalized and relevant experience.
1.2. Registration
To create an account, you must provide us with at least your name, email address and/or mobile number, and a password and agree to our User Agreement and this Privacy Policy, which governs how we treat your information. You also have the option to enter additional information, like your insurance carrier, to help you find just the right healthcare provider.
1.3. Use of the service
We also analyze use of the service – such as the time of day you schedule an appointment, the specialties that you book most often, and the type of device you use. This data is stored with high security. Etadoc never stores credit card Data, bank account Data, radiological images or reports, laboratory analysis, or diagnostic reports.


2. Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of text sent to your browser by a website you visit. It helps the website to remember information about your visit, like your preferred language and other settings. We use cookies to collect information, including mobile application identifiers, to help us recognize you across different Services, learn about your interests both on and off our Services, improve your experience, increase security, measure use and effectiveness of our Services, and serve advertising.

3. Log Files, IP Addresses, and Information about Your Computer and Mobile Device
a) We collect information from the devices and networks that you use to access our Services. When you visit or leave our Services (whether as a Member or Visitor) by clicking a hyperlink or when you view a third-party site that includes our plugin or cookies (or similar technology), we automatically receive the URL of the site from which you came or the one to which you are directed.

c) SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION We will not rent or sell your information to third parties outside Etadoc (or the group of companies of which Etadoc is a part) without your consent, except as noted in this Policy.
Parties with whom we may share your information:
•  When you book an appointment, we securely share your name, insurance details,phone number, date of birth, Gender, chosen appointment time and certain other relevant information with your chosen doctor
•  We may share User Content and your information (including but not limited to, information from cookies, log files, device identifiers, location data, and usage data) with businesses that are legally part of the same group of companies that Etadoc is part of, or that become part of that group ("Affiliates"). Affiliates may use this information to help provide, understand, and improve the Service (including by providing analytics) and Affiliates' own services (including by providing you with better and more relevant experiences). But these Affiliates will honor the choices you make about who can see your photos.
•  We also may share your information as well as information from tools like cookies, log files, and device identifiers and location data, with third-party organizations that help us provide the Service to you ("Service Providers"). Our Service Providers will be given access to your information as is reasonably necessary to provide the Service.
•  We may also share certain information such as cookie data with third-party advertising partners. This information would allow third-party ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you.
•  We may remove parts of data that can identify you and share anonymized data with other parties. We may also combine your information with other information in a way that it is no longer associated with you and share that aggregated information.
•  We may use your Data to help us or our partners to show ads for our services on other websites or platforms. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

Parties with whom you may choose to share your User Content:
•  Any information or content that you voluntarily disclose for posting to the Service, such as User Content, becomes available to the public, as controlled by any applicable privacy settings that you set. To change your privacy settings on the Service, please change your profile setting. Once you have shared User Content or made it public, that User Content may be re-shared by others. If you remove information that you posted to the Service, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Service, or if other Users or third parties using the Etadoc API have copied or saved that

d) HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION
Storage and Processing:
•  Etadoc, its Affiliates, or Service Providers may transfer information that we collect about you, including personal information across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world.
•  We use commercially reasonable safeguards to help keep the information collected through the Service secure and take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account.
•  Please do your part to help us. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to emails between you and Etadoc, at all times. Your privacy settings may also be affected by changes the social media services you connect to Etadoc make to their services. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy, or security measures of any other organization.

How long we keep your User Content:
Following termination or deactivation of your account, Etadoc, its Affiliates, or its Service Providers may retain information (including your profile information) and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes.

We will notify you when we change this Privacy Policy.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes in the way we treat your personal information, or to the Privacy Policy, we will provide notice to you on the Services or by some other means, such as email.
